It has now been confirmed that Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is one of the best young players in Europe at the moment is wanted by four Premier League giants. At just 22, he is wanted by a lot of major clubs across the continent, who would be willing to pay a huge amount of money in order to sign him and bring him to England.
Signing the young star would help any side fortify their midfield in the long run, which is why all top clubs are chasing the defensive midfielder.
Not all long term investments pay off, but it seems that two well renowned managers, Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte, both have faith in his abilities due to which he is wanted by Chelsea and Manchester United.
Winning the league is the primary objective of any manager in the top flight of English football and a player like Bakayoko could possibly make that dream a possibility for either side.
The Sun has added that Arsenal and Manchester City will also look to be part of this race, in order to sign the high quality player.
His current club, Monaco, is already demanding a fee of about €60m (£52m) and his future could lie in England, if a deal does go through.
Conte’s side has already outperformed their domestic rivals this term, though the Gunners and the Red Devils have been disappointing once again and it will be interesting to see how Mourinho and Wenger change things around now.
