The Red devils will have to travel 144 miles to Wales for their second Premier League game of the season. Which will be played at the Liberty Stadium. Manchester United kicked off their Premier League campaign of 2017/2018 in style as they hammered The Hammers 4-0 to win their first league game of the season.
Manager José Mourhino will be delighted at the performance of his squad as they showed grit and played some beautiful football which normally isn’t expected from a José Mourhino side but nevertheless they played very well and showed that this season they mean business.
Coming back to the host, The Swans they had a rather dull start to their Premier League campaign and managed to hold Southampton for 90 minutes though the saints were dominant throughout the game but couldn’t get a breakthrough. Despite taking 28 shots only two of those were on target.
Head To Head Record.
In their previous 13 meetings, Manchester United hold the upper hand as the Red Devils have beaten their opponents 7 times. Although the Swans have also manged to upset United 4 times and have also held them out for a draw twice, it seems that there is only one clear winner in this one.
But nevertheless United aren’t the same as before and they have enough quality to see of the Swans and can rely on their squad depth to finish off game’s like this. But still Swansea aren’t the one’s to underestimate and given there day they can upset any of the top 5.
Player News.
