Match Preview : Manchester United VS Crystal Palace, With All The Latest Updates

Manchester United will lock horns against Crystal Palace in the seventh round of Match of the Premier League on Saturday at Old Trafford. Manchester United are currently situated at the top of the table in terms of Goal difference with 16 points in their 6 matches. They had got an easy win against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Wednesday with an impressive scoreline of 4-1. They will be determined to beat Palace by a good margin to strengthen their position at the top of the table.

The clash is going between the top and the bottom placed team in the League Table at this moment. Palace are really struggling this season and they had not been able to get any point in their 6 encounters so far. Their conversion rate is very much poor this season and with many of their first team players being unavailable for this match it would be considered as a miracle if Crystal Palace go home collecting their first point of the season from Old Trafford.

Team News :

Manchester United :

Manchester United will miss the service of Marouane Fellaini, Paul Pogba, Marcos Rojo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic due to injuries.

De Gea will surely start as the United Goalkeeper. Young, Darmian, Smalling and Bailly will probably start in the defense. Hererra and Matic will be two holding midfielders and Mkhitaryan and Mata will help Martial and Lukaku in the upfront.

Crystal Palace :

Fosu-Mensah will not be available to play against United due to the loan deal between United and Palace this summer transfer window.
Benteke, Ruben Loftus Cheek, Tomkins, Zaha all are set to miss the big match against United on Saturday.

Hennessy will start at the Palace Goal. Ward, Dann, Sakho, Van Aanholt might start in the defense. Milivojevic, Cabaye, Sako, Townsend and Schlupp will be there in the midfield for them while Ladapo will lead Palace from the front.

Probable First Eleven :

Manchester United : (4-4-2)

Goalkeeper : De Gea
Defenders : Young, Bailly, Smalling, Darmian.
Midfielders : Herrera, Matic, Mata, Mkhitaryan.
Attackers : Martial, Lukaku.

Crystal Palace :(4-5-1)

Goalkeeper : Hennessy
Defenders : Ward, Dann, Sakho, Van Aanholt.
Midfielders : Milivojevic, Cabaye, Townsend, Sako, Schlupp.
Attackers : Ladapo.

My Predicted Scoreline:

Manchester United 4-0 Crystal Palace.

Manchester United have been destroying their opposition on the pitch in the current campaign and it seems that the Eagles might suffer a similar fate as well. Romelu Lukaku has been in excellent goal scoring form and it will be really tough for the Londoners to stop him and get something out of the game.

Jose Mourinho also will expect nothing less than a win and we can surely expect quite a few goals in the game, thus the prediction.

It will only take a brilliant performance by Palace or a miracle for them to take back something from the game, considering the fact that it is at Old Trafford, a place where the kings of England, live up to their reputation, generally.
