Manchester United Ready For The Round Of 16 Of Champions League- Talking Points Of The Match

Romelu Lukaku’s brace have given Manchester United an important win against Huddersfield Town in the 5th round of match of FA Cup. Romelu Lukaku, the Belgian Striker was not amongst goals and these two goals against Huddersfield Town will bring his confidence back ahead of the important game against the La Liga side Sevilla on Wednesday in the round of 16 clash of the UEFA Champions League.

 

Manchester United were out of the contention from the Carabao Cup after losing against the Championship side Bristol City in the third round. It had created a huge disappointment among the fans of the Red Devils as they could not remain to be hopeful for their side. The Red Devils are currently at second position in the League Table in the Premier League and they have some really important matches coming into their way. They will face Sevilla next in the UEFA Champions League in the round of 16 of the biggest event of Europe on Wednesday and after that the Red Devils will face Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.

It was a great performance from the Belgian star player and had a huge impact in the match.

Juan Mata at the dying moments of the first half, was able to score one Goal for Manchester United. But the Goal was ruled out by VAR as he was in the offside position in the time of the Goal. The technology was perfectly used in this time and we can hope that this will create a good impact on the Game as there will be decreased chance of errors by the referees.

3. Manchester United Were Able To Keep A Clean Sheet :

Manchester United were able to keep a clean sheet and they were solid at the back. They had gone for two counter attacks and got two important Goals. The strategy of Jose Mourinho is now working at it’s best for the Red Devils.
