The Truth About Cristiano Ronaldo’s Sale To Juventus From Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo is going to Juventus. Is this going to be a good move by the star Portuguese player or he should have finished his career at Real Madrid. The debate must be going on. Real Madrid fans still can not believe that their hero is leaving the club to join the Serie A Giants in the next season. There was all fine in Cristiano Ronaldo’s career so far. The star Portuguese player has equalised with the number of Lionel Messi’s Ballon D’Or trophies. Cristiano Ronaldo is on the verge of winning another Ballon D’Or trophy after the end of the season with his great performance for Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League. Here we will try to find out the reasons why Cristiano Ronaldo is leaving Real Madrid in this summer transfer window :

Money :

The transfer fee is going to be a key part in this deal. After selling Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer transfer window to Juventus, Real Madrid are going to get huge amount of transfer fee around £150-200 million. On the other hand, Cristiano Ronaldo has been undergoing a tax invasion case in Spain. Ronaldo has repeatedly asked Real Madrid president Perez to interfere in the matter; but the Real Madrid president seemed to be too much reluctant in this matter. Florentino Perez has said that no player is bigger than the club. It is assumed that the Real Madrid president was not able to resist the pressure of Cristiano Ronaldo’s wage increase. The other demands of Cristiano Ronaldo were also increasing. The player has prioritised himself over the club. So, the club management have decided to let the player go in this summer transfer window.

Age :

Cristiano Ronaldo is now 33 years old. He has a great phase in Manchester United where he used to play in playmaker role. After coming to Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo has played the same role for first few seasons. After that, he has preferred to play in the centre forward role or in the role of playing behind the striker. In the Champions League Final we have seen,  Ronaldo was not able to penetrate the defense of Liverpool. Because of his increasing age, Cristiano Ronaldo was not able to create the gameplay as previously. After the next season, Ronaldo’s age will increase one year. At that time, Real Madrid will not get enough transfer fee for the star Portuguese player. So, Real Madrid are willing to sell the player in this summer transfer window.

To Get In A Younger Replacement:

It is reportedly said that, the Real Madrid president has already decided Eden Hazard of Chelsea as the perfect replacement of Cristiano Ronaldo. It will not be difficult for Real Madrid to launch a bid around £150 million for Eden Hazard so that the English club have no other option but to sell their star player in this summer transfer window. The transfer fee of Cristiano Ronaldo will also help them to get other younger players too in this summer.
