Three Players To Watch Out For In The Match Between Chelsea And Newcastle United

Chelsea will play against Newcastle United on Sunday in the third gameweek of the Premier League. The away match against Newcastle United is always a tough challenge for the Blues till date. Rafa Benitez will be trying to maintain that winning record against Chelsea at their home stadium. The new manager of the Blues, Maurizio Sarri might face a problem before the match as some sources are telling that, Eden Hazard and Mateo Kovacic are yet not ready to play full 90 minutes of the match due to their fitness issue. So, they need to sort out their plans accordingly. Here we will enlist three players who can play crucial role for Chelsea in this away match against Newcastle United :

1. Kepa Arrizabalaga :

Kepa Arrizabalaga has come to the west London club from Athletic Bilbao for a record transfer fee worth £72m in the summer transfer window, after the departure of Conte. In the first match against Huddersfield Town, Kepa Arrizabalaga had shown his class as the Spanish Goalkeeper was able to keep a clean sheet in his first appearance for the Blues. But in the second match against Arsenal, Kepa looked little bit nervous. The second goal scored by the Gunners in that match, could be saved by Kepa Arrizabalaga on any other day. As, the Blues have won the match there is no speculations on the performance of Kepa in this match. So, the young 23 year old Spanish Goalkeeper will be eager to prove himself once again in this match against Newcastle United to show that he is capable of playing under the bars for a big team like Chelsea.

2. Alvaro Morata :

The Spanish striker will be eager to continue his goal scoring form against Newcastle United too. The striker has just scored a goal against the Gunners in the previous match. Alvaro Morata would be eager to score against Newcastle United too. The Spanish centre forward will be the man to watch out for the Newcastle United defense in this match. The match is surely going to be an interesting one and the role of Alvaro Morata for the Blues is going to be crucial against Newcastle United. Alvaro Morata needs to score more goals as the rumours are stating that Eden Hazard might start as the false nine role for Chelsea after some days. So, to keep his position in the starting lineup of the Blues.

3. Marcos Alonso :

There might be few big names in this Chelsea squad; but the X factor of this side is still Marcos Alonso. In the previous match against Arsenal, Marcos Alonso scored the winner at the crucial moment of the match. The Spanish left back will try to replicate his performance against Newcastle United too. The left-back needs to accommodate himself in the management of Maurizio Sarri. In the previous season, Antonio Conte used him as left wing back position. Now, he has to play a more defensive role and he is trying hard to accommodate himself in Maurizio Sarri’s system at Chelsea in this season.
