Liverpool To Suffer Huge Loss From This Deal, Update Given

Liverpool is in jeopardy of losing out millions if Barcelona sell Phillpe Coutinho in the summer window. The Brazilian hasn’t looked the best since joining the Catalan outfit in the winters of 2018 and this is eventually putting up questions on his stay at the club. Coutinho was a classy player in his days at Liverpool as he almost turn out to be the icon at Anfield guiding the Reds to a Europa league and Carabao Cup final which is amongst his credible performances he delivered on the pitch for them. Liverpool failure to win any silverware led him to seek chances overseas.
In Barcelona he had a surprise turn in his form. The way he used to dominate the forward line for Liverpool was no where to be seen as he began ghosting around defenders now, unable to display the thing which he was bought for. His injury at the time of transfer may have caused a dip in his performance but that alone cannot be the reason because he has now regained fitness. The Blaugrana fans expected to more from the player who became the most expensive signing in the club’s history.

Although Barcelona won two consecutive La Liga titles, Coutinho’s contribution was negligible. He even got more hitting from the fans as he returned to his ex club’s territory   with his below par display, once again, along with others dropped a 3-0 home lead to lose 4-0 away at Anfield in the second leg in the semifinals of the Champions league.
That meant Liverpool found success in tasting yet another Champions league final back to back without their once superstar, Phillipe Coutinho. Moreover, Liverpool almost clinch the Premier league title too until a resilient City side made a historic domestic treble which means 29 years wait is still on. That doesn’t changed the matter of fact how good Liverpool has been under Klopp who have sort of injected a never dying amongst his players.
Nights like those is sure to give horrors to the Brazilian, who’s punching his face for the wrong decision he took at the wrong time. And now, Barcelona are upping their motive of selling him instead whom they brought as a bargain. This may result in a fee stall for Liverpool to get the full money out of Countinho’s deal.

The Reds initially got €105m out of his deal with the rest of the fee coning on as add-on resulting from accomplishment of certain objectives. The Catalan club paid €4m when the Brazilian completed 25 appearances for the club & another €8m for winning the La Liga title. Now his downfall has led him to be one of the transfer candidates out of the club which may cause Liverpool around €17m if he don’t manage 100 appearances for the club, according to Mundo Deportivo. Presently, Coutinho has 75 appearances under his belt. This will cost the Red the full payment of the transfer fee.
This is however a good news for the rest of the interested parties who are keen to grab the forward in this summer window. Liverpool’s rivals Manchester United and Chelsea are all keen to bring him back to the Premier league to reshuffle their squad prior to the new season but it is unsure that whether the Brazilian will rekindle his brilliance or not in an unpredictable tussle on his future.
