Top clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are the three Premier League sides who have been linked consistently with the 23-year-old and they will be certainly encouraged by the fact that the player has opened up in stating his admiration for the top tier of English football.

The German star has been in a sensational run of form for Leipzig this season and is wanted by a host of clubs in England and Spain, as well as German giants Bayern Munich. Due to this, the price at which he is being valued at is quite high and the clubs are involved in a race to bring him in.
Real Madrid has also targeted the German forward as per reports in Spain following his sensational form this season. The German international has 18 goals and six assists in 17 games in the German top-flight this season.
“The Premier League is certainly the most interesting league, you have to say,” he told Bild.
“There is a certain flair to watching the English league and playing there. As of now, I have no desire to look for a move elsewhere.”
The striker has previously admitted that he would favour a move to the English top-flight, if or when he decides to leave German club football. Keeping that in mind, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are keen on adding him to their squad, as soon as possible. They are keen on being a top club, not just domestically, but across the continent as well.
Liverpool are already the champions of Europe. However, both Chelsea and Manchester United are keen on catching up with them as well. So, Werner could be a great addition for their squads and they will be focused on signing him in the summer transfer window.

However, RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Kroesche has reiterated that Werner will not be departing RB Leipzig during the January transfer window, and insists that the forward remains an integral part of their Bundesliga title challenge.
Kroesche told Sky in Germany that the player had already extended his current contract with the club. This showed that the two are committed to work with each other in the seasons to come, as the rumours had surfaced.
He further went on to add that there was no real reason for him to leave. The club was in the Champions League and had a great set of facilities. They have a talented young team and are ambitious as well. It was also proven as they knocked out north London giants Tottenham from Europe’s top competition and Werner will surely consider these factors.
