Another absorbing season of Premier League has come to an end on Sunday. Manchester City has been crowned as the Champions of this season with 86 points in 38 matches. On the other hand, Leicester City has bottled it twice in a row in the last game week of the season.
Chelsea has gone through to the Champions League next season after a defeat against Aston Villa on the final matchday. West Ham United and Leicester City will be playing in the Europa League next season while Tottenham Hotspur will participate in UEFA Conference League. The fans have been allowed to get back to the stadium for the last game of the season and it has certainly made an impact on few results of the final game week of the season.
