India bowlers Deepak Chahar and Arshdeep Singh dismantled South Africa in the powerplay
India’s best fast bowler, Jasprit Bumrah, didn’t play in the first game because he was injured. Ravichandran Ashwin and Deepak Chahar, on the other hand, are part of the playing XI.
Deepak Chahar and Arshdeep Singh missed the series against Australia. Chahar was out for a long time because of an injury. However, they have shown that Rohit Sharma was right to have faith in them by destroying the top order of the South African team in the first four overs. In the first over, Chahar got rid of South Africa’s captain, Temba Bavuma. In the second over, Arshdeep Singh got rid of the dangerous Quinton de Kock and David Miller with two balls in a row. Before that, he got rid of Rilee Rossouw. Then, in the third, Chahar got the good Tristan Stubbs.
The right-handed medium-fast bowler, Deepak Chahar who is known for getting wickets in the “powerplay” overs, gave the South African captain some trouble at first with three outswingers.
After that, he bowled Bavuma out with a beautiful inswinger. The captain left for a duck. He tried to play a shot off Chahar’s delivery that was about the right length, and he paid for it.
South Africa (Playing XI): Quinton de Kock (wicket-keeper), Temba Bavuma (captain), Rilee Rossouw, Aiden Markram, David Miller, Tristan Stubbs, Wayne Parnell, Kagiso Rabada, Keshav Maharaj, Anrich Nortje, Tabraiz Shamsi

South Africa now 9/5 in 15 balls – this is fantastic from Arshdeep Singh and Deepak Chahar. Carnage from both!

Open with these two. Play Bumrah and Arsh in death overs.
No need of Bhuvi in this pace attack.
