Arsenal Fans Troll Tottenham And German Broadcaster After “Perhaps Arsenal” Comment

Arsenal fans

Arsenal fans can be really loud when their team is doing well. And surely, why not!? After all the criticism that the likes of Richard Keys and co. have thrown at them, about celebrations and more, the Gooners deserve this happiness. They are loving what these young guns are producing week-in and week-out.

Everyone has a new-found appreciation and respect for Arsenal and Mikel Arteta. Whether there is a liking for them or not, the respect has been earned by the North Londoners this season. And the fanbase is right now vocal as ever!!

With that being said, the Arsenal fans are not ready to take the slightest disrespect this season. Especially from fans of a so-called FARMER’s LEAGUE and talkSport. That’s why when a loose comment was made on a recent video, they reacted!!

What Was The Comment Made That Made Arsenal Fans Unhappy And They Reacted!?

German broadcaster Constantin Eckner talked about the recent sacking of Julian Nagelsmann. The sacking was a shocker for everyone. However, Eckner was asked if it would be a good idea for the German to move to Tottenham. This was in the wake of all the stories that have been going around.

Eckner suggested that it would be a downward move. This, in terms of the fact that Nagelsmann would be leaving the potential German champs and one of the favourites for the Champions League trophy, to join a club that looks mediocre at present. Further, he went on to talk about the clubs that are above Spurs in general.

He mentioned both the Manchester clubs, Liverpool and also suggested “PERHAPS ARSENAL” based on the current campaign. As soon, as the man mentioned the Gunners, their fanbase that is omnipresent, appeared!! And what followed was as expected!!

What Exactly Happened When The German Broadcaster Made A Rash Comment Towards Arsenal, That Was Seen As A Potential Dig!?

As soon as the rash comment came out of the German Broadcaster’s mouth, the Arsenal fans let him know what they felt about his opinion. They trolled both him and Spurs in the replies.

Below is the original Tweet and some of the responses to it!!

Well, Twitter is a really fun place. And such things keep on happening from time to time. Hopefully, the guy learns from his mistake soon. Or else, we all know what will happen next time if he doesn’t!!
