Gabriel Martinelli was the latest addition to Arsenal’s growing list of injured players, having been forced off the pitch in the first half against Brighton due to a rough tackle from Moises Caicedo. The tackle led to a collision between Martinelli and Brighton’s winger Kaoru Mitoma, leaving Mitoma sprawled on the ground.
