Arsenal Transfer News: Even though Newcastle United has shown interest in Arsenal right-back Kieran Tierney, he is willing to consider a transfer if the right offer comes up
Arsenal Transfer News: Mirror reports that Kieran Tierney is planning to quit Arsenal after the season due to his dissatisfaction with his playing time. The 25-year-old fullback has fallen out of favour with the first squad and is now playing on the second unit.
Oleksandr Zinchenko was a preseason acquisition for Mikel Arteta from Manchester City. Tierney’s playing time has been reduced since he arrived at the club. While he has recovered from his injuries, he still often finds himself sitting on the sidelines.
It’s speculated that his lack of playing time is making him unhappy. Furthermore, he wants to relocate. In the meanwhile, Arteta has been fantastic for the London club. They are now a Premier League contender thanks to his leadership. The Gunners have already qualified for next season’s Champions League.
Arsenal Transfer News: What’s the matter?
Tierney left Celtic for the Gunners in the summer of 2019. When he first showed up, he’s done nothing but improve. The Scotsman has played in more than 100 games for the team, contributing to 18 goals.

The 25-year-old’s career, however, has not been very fruitful. He’s had a rough go of it with injuries, and these days he spends most of his time sitting on the bench. As of this writing, he has played in 25 games this season. Yet he or she has only been involved for 1,142 minutes.
After the summer of 2026, his contract with the Gunners will expire. There is a concern, nevertheless, that he will be leaving the squad before the next season. The former Celtic player is looking to leave the club in search of greater playing time.
What’s next for Kieran Tierney
The 25-year-old fullback has drawn the attention of Newcastle United. The current season is crucial as the Magpies attempt to qualify for the Champions League. Eddie Howe has put together a respectable team that will compete for the championship next year.
