Arsenal Newsnow: Despite reports that Arsenal is interested in signing Crystal Palace player Michael Olise for the 2023-24 season, Olise apparently wants to stay with his current club.
After a breakout season on the right wing, 21-year-old Olise has become a mainstay in the Selhurst Park starting lineup. After joining the Eagles from Reading for about £8 million in 2021, he has been instrumental in the club’s rise to the middle of the Premier League’s table.
The left-footed inverted winger who has earned two caps for France’s U21 team has blossomed in recent years. In 30 Premier League appearances this season, he has contributed to two goals and eight assists. These include a hat trick in a single game.
The Sun reports that Olise wants to continue playing for Crystal Palace in the next season. He has found a home with the south London club. He wants to improve his consistency at his club despite the speculation regarding his future.
