Joao Palhinha made quite an impact in his first season with Fulham after joining the club from Sporting CP last summer. Football Insider reports that the Portuguese midfielder is of interest to Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool. However, they will need to pay more than £50 million to acquire his services.
