After signing with AS Roma at the beginning of the 2016–17 season, Tammy Abraham quickly became a fan favorite for the Italian team. Abraham scored 27 goals for Roma last season, helping them win the UEFA Europa League. Fichajes reports that Premier League clubs Manchester United and Tottenham are interested in signing him again.
The English striker is reportedly worth between €40 and €45 million. And whether Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are willing to pay that much money to sign the 25-year-old is still up in the air. Across all competitions, Abraham has contributed to nine goals and seven assists. Both teams may benefit from acquiring him. Arsenal has also been mentioned in connection with him.
Marcus Rashford’s reliance on this season has been a problem for Manchester United. The England international, though, will need further offensive help in future seasons. With Abraham on board, Rashford can play his preferred position on the left side of the attack. The former Chelsea star may even start up top for the Red Devils.
What’s the matter?
Spurs have put too much weight on the 29-year-old Harry Kane. But with Abraham in the lineup, they may be able to spread the goal-scoring load more evenly. Manchester United have been mentioned as a possible destination for Kane should he decide to leave Tottenham. Furthermore, Abraham may eventually replace him permanently.
The great player for Roma is still young. He has plenty of room to grow as he gains experience and guidance from coaches. Both Manchester United and Tottenham may find him to be an excellent long-term investment. Abraham has Premier League experience and should be ready to contribute right away. His rumoured price tag of €40–€45 million is fair for a player of his calibre. He may prove to be worth every penny. The Blues have a repurchase option in the player’s contract. He has previously been linked with a return to Chelsea.

Former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is allegedly attracting interest from Premier League clubs Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur
The chance to play in the Premier League again is potentially enticing to the player. If Abraham signs with a major Premier League club, he will feel more confident in his ability to get consistent playing time for his nation. The chance to play for Manchester United, who are predicted to return to the Champions League next season, may be difficult to pass up. Just two years after his arrival from Chelsea, rumours in Italy claim that Roma is open to bids for striker Tammy Abraham.
Several European teams, notably Manchester United, took notice of the English attacker after his stellar debut season in Italy’s capital, during which he scored 27 goals in 53 games. However, his poor performance this season has resulted in just nine goals. The Serie A club is reportedly eager to let him go.
