Arsenal News: 3 Better Premier League Players That Arsenal Should Have Signed Instead Of Wasting Money On Kai Havertz

Arsenal Transfer News: Reporter Gives The Latest Update On The Havertz To Arsenal Deal

Arsenal News: The Gunners have signed Kai Havertz this summer as per multiple sources. There seems to be some sort of a plan behind the scenes, which the fans are clearly not aware of. Offers Were being made to bring the German international to the Emirates. And though Chelsea wanted around £60m (getting about £65m now) for the attacker, a deal has been finally agreed.

But, the Gooners across the globe are clearly confused with this interest. They want to understand why manager Mikel Arteta would want such a player. Further, there are plenty of talents available in the Premier League itself. The club can instead go for those. But, it is what it is!!

Arsenal News: Here Are 3 Players Signing Whom Makes More Sense Than Kai Havertz!!

Jadon Sancho

Manchester United have totally ruined a brilliant player. He used to be on top of his game at Borussia Dortmund. And no one knows what has happened to this 23-year-old England international since his move to Old Trafford. It’s the Manchester United effect, as some would say!!

He has played about 17 full games (1699 minutes) in the Premier League this season, including his tit-bit appearances as a substitute. He has a tally of 6 goals and 3 assists to his name. Overall, some would feel that the player has been misused. His overall contributions have been disappointing for sure.

But, Sancho can still be a top asset to any team that knows how to utilize him. So, he could have surely done better under Arteta, in Arsenal colors. Unfortunately, he is going to be ignored once again by Ten Hag this term, with so many players competing for spots. And his future seems ‘dark’ as of now!!

Arsenal News: Latest Update On The Future Of This Top Gunners’ Star!!

Jarrod Bowen

With Arsenal keen on adding Declan Rice, his team-mate Bowen can be a great asset too for sure. He has the creativity and finishing that can be good for manager Mikel Arteta and his team. To add to that, he is just 26 at present and can at least give Arsenal at least five more years of his career.

It would be the perfect time for a player like him to move to a big club. Champions League football will surely be an attraction for him too. And so, Arsenal could have signed him instead.

Though he barely has a G/A of 12 this season, he has made 38 appearances and played more than 3000 minutes in the League. His numbers in the Conference League are way better and Bowen helped West Ham to win it. He has 5 goals and 2 assists in that competition. So, overall, he could have contributed to Arsenal’s success for sure!!

Kaoru Mitoma

Though Mitoma is 26 as well, it is clear that he is now at his prime. The attacker has impressed one and all. And has helped Brighton finally achieve what they have been trying for years now, a spot in Europe. And he can be an asset to any top team in any top league.

Due to this, Brighton are not really keen on selling him, especially after they sold Mac Allister to Liverpool already in the current transfer window. However, if they do consider a sale, the club will want to cash in on him for sure.

In a total of 33 appearances this season so far, the player has 7 goals and 6 assists. Further, his G/A is 4 in the FA Cup. And for a winger, his fitness levels and availability has been really good for Brighton. Arsenal could really use such an asset, with Martinelli having injuries from time to time.
