Nevertheless, he’s consistently capable of delivering between 10 to 20 goals in a season, which, for any Premier League club, is precisely what you require.”

In concluding his assessment of the Arsenal target, Shearer added, “I don’t consider him elite, but he unquestionably belongs to the tier just below.”
