Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is always looking for the right combination of players that can help him win titles. There are a lot of good quality players who have been producing top performances so far this season. Last season too was something to be proud of, though Arsenal failed to win the League at the end of it all. However, it was PROGRESS ( and the PROCESS) and the team looked better than the years that had gone by.
With that being said, the Gunners will be looking at various players that they will want to sign in the January transfer window. Some of these stars could be on loan. Others may be added permanently to Arsenal’s long-term project.
Whatever be the same, there will surely be a need for more squad depth, if Arsenal wants to compete with the like of Manchester City and more. Further, Mikel Arteta will also try to offload some stars by selling or sending them away on loan. Which players will be transfer listed, will depend on a lot of factors!!
The Arsenal Defender That Is Wanted By Serie A Giants AS Roma Boss Jose Mourinho In The January Transfer Window; Jakub Kiwior!!
The 23-year-old Poland international has barely featured for Arsenal this season. He has been mostly sitting on the bench and not part of the first-team action. Though some would suggest that he is still quite young and his integration process has been a bit slower than expected, others still feel that he can part of the plans of manager Mikel Arteta in the long-run, due to his versatile nature.

Well, there is a lot of competition for places within the Arsenal ranks at present. So, if this rumour is true, Mikel Arteta may consider letting the defensive star leave on loan till the end of the season. However, it could also depend on which players he wants to bring in too.
Surely Mikel Arteta Has A Plan For Kiwior!?
If there are some potential targets that the Spaniard wants to loan as well, then it surely makes sense. Otherwise, this could only be done if Mikel Arteta wants to let Kiwior develop elsewhere. And he doesn’t need him for the current campaign.
Letting him go at this point could have multiple implications on the season. That is, if Arteta considers him to be vital for his plans for this term. If not, then it will be best for all parties. Kiwior can get some crucial experience in Serie A, under the guidance of Jose Mourinho, who has been a master of this game for years now!!
It could help his overall development and he could learn new tricks of the trade from one of the best. But, that would all depend on what Mikel Arteta thinks of him. And his importance to the Gunners’ cause for sure!! So let’s see how this transfer saga develops in the days to come.
