Arsenal fans and referees don’t always see eye-to-eye. This is due to the number of decisions that go against their team, season after season. And this does not leave a good taste in their mouth. Very few decisions made by the officials in the top flight of English football actually favour the Gunners. And some of the bad calls actually cost the North London side, the League title last season.
This is why the Gooners and manager Mikel Arteta have both been vocal in recent times. It included the reaction post the Newcastle goal, that cost Arsenal a point (if not more) at St. James’ Park this term. And now, they have had enough of this NONSENSE!!

More On The Game And What Next For The North London Giants!?
Well, it was a really easy win for the home side. They went out on the pitch with quite a few big names missing from the squad. However, their intention was quite clear from the get-go and they did not look back at any point in time in the match. Goals were scored and there were 4 of them, with the home-team winning 3-1.
The two main disappointments for the hosts was the fact that they couldn’t keep a clean-sheet. And the fact that Fabio Vieira got a red card and was sent off. Barring these two things, it was a perfect outing for the team. Manager Mikel Arteta couldn’t have asked for anything more.
At the end of the day, there were no real injuries in the match. Yes, a few knocks here and there. But it was all good at the end of the day. And the the Gunners went home with all three points in the bag. Three goals from three different players, set the tone for the win. Two of them were defenders and one, a forward that was slowly finding his feet this term.
Overall, it was a performance that would have surely made the Arsenal fans really happy for now. Their aspirations are really big for this season. And though nothing is easy in this League, they will want to win some silverware and soon!!
Hopefully, Mikel Arteta and co. can keep delivering the positive results in the long run. And make some really big signings in the January transfer window too. Signings that can really give Arsenal the edge over their other rivals, with the team playing in the Champions League this year too.
The expectations are high. And so are the level of performances thus far. Hopefully, the Arsenal fans have more reasons to celebrate this season, than they did last time around. Only time will tell!!
