Juventus Want To Sign This Arsenal Star In 2024

Arsenal News: Juventus, currently trailing Inter Milan by 20 points after 31 games, are preparing to make significant changes to their squad in the upcoming summer. With their sights set on a potential return to the Champions League, the Italian powerhouse is considering making a surprising move for a player from Arsenal. According to TuttoJuve, Juventus is keeping a close eye on Gabriel Jesus at the Emirates Stadium.

The 27-year-old forward is currently facing challenges with form slumps and injury setbacks this season. It has left him unsure about his future under Mikel Arteta’s regime at Arsenal. Regardless of the uncertainties, Jesus appears determined to fulfill his contract, which is set to end in June 2027. However, Juventus is closely watching, ready to take action if Arsenal shows willingness to negotiate. Interestingly, a loan arrangement hasn’t been completely rejected.

Jesus has been having a tough time finding his previous form, with only four goals in 21 Premier League appearances this season. There are some concerns about his ability to be Arsenal’s future number nine based on this lackluster performance. However, even with his challenges, Arsenal has managed to avoid any major issues when it comes to scoring. Arteta, on the other hand, is looking to strengthen the striker department during the upcoming summer transfer window. Jesus might end up playing a less prominent role at Arsenal as the team works on strengthening their squad. The Brazilian’s time at the Emirates has been filled with injuries and inconsistencies. It has not lived up to the high expectations placed on him when he first arrived.

Arsenal is reportedly considering several potential strikers for the upcoming summer transfer window. Some of the names that have been mentioned in media speculations include Ivan Toney, Viktor Gyokeres, Benjamin Sesko, and Victor Osimhen. There’s talk of Jesus possibly leaving if Arsenal manages to sign a new striker. Securing Jesus would give Juventus a tactical boost, injecting new energy into their frontline. As they work towards reclaiming their spot in the Champions League, it’s crucial to strengthen their attacking options. Juventus fans are buzzing with excitement at the thought of Jesus joining their team. It could mark a thrilling new era for the club.

There are still some uncertainties about whether Arsenal will be open to offers for Jesus. This is mainly due to his contractual obligations and the importance of having a deep squad. Moreover, he negotiations between the two clubs might be quite complex. Juventus is expected to seek a deal that aligns with their long-term goals.

So, the future of Gabriel Jesus in the world of football transfers is uncertain, as Juventus eagerly awaits the chance to take advantage of Arsenal’s summer sales preparations. As the story continues, football fans are left wondering about the possible consequences of this surprising transfer twist.

What did Arteta say?

Mikel Arteta said after the game against Bayern Munich: “It was a really intense match. I think we started really well. We started to dominate it, to play in the opponents’ half and we generated some momentum, scored a really good goal with B. And there obviously was the moment in the match when Ben White is in front of Neuer to make it 2-0 and then the game and the tie changes quickly.  We didn’t [score] and then unfortunately today, we have given two very poor goals away and against a team with that individual quality, they’re going to punish you. The team reacted really well. It is because the game can become very chaotic and you can start to lose some discipline and start to allow them to run, and in that moment, you can lose the tie.”
