Aaron Ramsdale of Arsenal is at a turning point in his career as conjecture about his next move circulates. Mikel Arteta’s preference for David Raya has kept Ramsdale out of the game this season, which has many talking about what to do next. After arriving to Arsenal from Sheffield United in 2021, Ramsdale had an amazing debut and played a major role in Arsenal’s pursuit of the Premier League championship the previous season. With only 11 games in all competitions this season, he has, however, played second fiddle this season.
Legendary Arsenal player David Seaman commented on Ramsdale’s circumstances. He said that he may go to West Ham or Chelsea. Ramsdale’s growth depends on consistent playing time, and Seaman expressed his want to see the goalie succeed whether at Arsenal or elsewhere. Both at Chelsea and West Ham, there is intense rivalry for the goalie position. With Djordje Petrovic and Robert Sanchez, Chelsea has limited space for Ramsdale until one of them leaves. It is unlikely considering their recent long-term contracts. While Alphonse Areola has played goal for West Ham a lot this season, the future under new manager Julen Lopetegui is still unknown.
Arsenal Star Told To Leave And Join West Ham United
Ramsdale is about to leave Arsenal; his choice is motivated by the need to play first-team football on a regular basis. His next professional chapter will be shaped by where he settles. Ramsdale’s ambition is always the same whether he plays for Chelsea or West Ham: he wants to go back to being a top-tier goalkeeper and start his career again.
A transfer by Ramsdale to West Ham or Chelsea may completely transform his career. It is not advancing him to be a bench player at Arsenal. Seaman is correct, in order to realise his greatest potential, he needs frequent playing. He has great chances to demonstrate his abilities at Chelsea and West Ham. It matters how he performs after he gets there as much as where he goes. He could disprove his detractors and become one of the league’s best goalkeepers if he can get a starting position.

Arsenal has run into a problem trying to keep Reuell Walters, a bright young player from their junior level. 19-year-old Walters turned down the team’s contract offer and will become a free agent on July 1. Walters is expected to look at options abroad despite attempts from Arsenal, according to The Athletic.
London native Walters moved to Arsenal’s junior ranks in October 2020 from Tottenham Hotspur. Since then, he has come a long way, playing regularly for Arsenal’s Under-21 team, making more than 50 appearances and dishing out three goals. Notably, last season he was instrumental in Arsenal’s FA Youth Cup victory.
Walters’ contract expired in two months, therefore Arsenal tried to keep him on. The youth is, nonetheless, drawn to a new phase in his career. As such, he will be leaving Arsenal and drawing attention from teams in England, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Belgium.
