Arsenal Will Take The Help Of Edu For The £34m Striker

Arsenal: Arsenal’s interest in Bologna attacker Joshua Zirkzee could be aided by the tight bond between sports director Edu and agent Kia Joorabchian. Given their desire to repel rivals like Manchester United, Inter, and AC Milan, Arsenal may find this relationship to be vital.

Manager of Arsenal, Mikel Arteta, wants to bolster his team this summer. Arteta wants to make sure the club can go the extra mile the following season since they were only two points off of the Premier League championship last year. Arsenal will be back in the Champions League, which emphasizes the need of having a deep squad.

Arsenal Will Take The Help Of Edu For The £34m Striker

The Gunners spent more over £200 million last year on important players such Jurrien Timber, Declan Rice, and Kai Havertz. Some sales helped to balance the books as well. Now, it seems they are prepared to make an investment in Zirkzee, whose Serie A exploits have drawn notice.

With Bologna, 23-year-old Zirkzee has had a breakthrough season. His goal-scoring prowess has drawn interest from a number of teams, but Arsenal could have the advantage. Joorabchian and Edu’s connection may be crucial, claims Corriere dello Sport. Negotiations may be easier since Edu and Joorabchian have already worked together on other trades.

Arsenal reportedly already has a four-year contract offer ready for Zirkzee, which includes a significant pay rise. Bologna, however, would not part with their standout forward for less than his £34 million release clause. Zirkzee himself has tucked his cards up to his breast. His attention is still on getting well from his injuries and taking a vacation in the US, he told Corriere di Bologna. He said he had a strong feeling for Bologna and that he would only relocate if it felt right.

Though he is committed to Bologna, the opportunity to play for Arsenal in the Champions League may be too much to let down. Since he was a little youngster, Zirkzee had a goal of playing in the Champions League. Technically speaking, he and Bayern Munich won the tournament, but he longs to contribute significantly on the field.

The next few weeks will be critical as Arsenal and other teams fight for Zirkzee’s services. Joorabchian and Edu’s connection may very well shift the odds in Arsenal’s favor and bring a gifted young striker to the Emirates Stadium.

More news:

Arsenal’s possible transfer actions have been updated most recently by Fabrizio Romano. With a number of names connected to the Gunners, the team is hoping to bolster its midfield this summer. Mikel Arteta is particularly concerned about the midfield, thus the team is aggressively looking for individuals to play in this important position.

Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa is a player Arsenal has spoken about maybe signing. They will probably not pursue a deal despite the interest because of the large transfer money Aston Villa seeks. This time is no different from the other times while negotiating with Villa. Though the financial ramifications make the trade less likely, Douglas Luiz is still being considered.
