Breaking: This Chelsea Star Wants To Join Manchester United, Sources Confirm

The Shocker!!

It just seems to be more of a growing trend now. Whichever Chelsea player gets annoyed with Antonio Conte and lack of game time at the Bridge, decides to leave and either go away or join Manchester United? Well, not sure whether it is a fact or not, though Brazilian international David Luiz has now decided to do so, due to his extreme unhappiness with the Italian manager and the way that he has been treating him in recent times.

The 30 year defensive midfielder would have wanted more game time, though he was put on the bench for most of the time recently, which was the main reason why he was unhappy.

When he expressed his anger to his current boss, there was a spectacular fallout between the two and it seems that things might not get sorted out, if claims are to be believed.

Things are not getting any better for the former Juventus and Italy manager, who is trying to bring the team on track and chase down Manchester City, in the hunt to defend their league title.

The Daily Star adds that Luiz is angry with the lack of support that he has received from the club’s hierarchy, who have not taken his case seriously and lent their support, when he was dropped from the first team for no reason.

With some much frustration building up and things not being calmed down easily, Jose Mourinho wants to take advantage of the whole situation and add more stars to his back-line, in the form of the Brazilian.

Though Conte did not seem happy about the situation and there were some problems, Luiz is now said to be part of the squad that will face off against West Brom at the weekend.

He will be making the trip along with the team, despite this rumour that he wants to make the move to Old Trafford and reunite with his former boss.

That might be a possibility for the player, if things do not improve for him in the days that go by and his position is still the same, on the bench more often than on the field.

Does Conte Really Need Him?

Well, if Conte can sign a young high quality defender in the winter transfer window, it might be the end of the Brazilian at Stamford Bridge. However, for that purpose the Chelsea board should back their manager and his decision to sign a potential replacement for the ex-PSG man.

There is no doubt that the centre-back, who can also play as a left-back or a defensive midfielder is highly talented. However, if he does not feel like remaining at the club and joining Mourinho, then it is best for the manager and the club to just let him leave.

This could be an interesting story to keep tabs on, as things are getting more and more complicated for the Chelsea boss, who is still trying his best to win more titles with the London based club.
