Liverpool are facing a strong competition from Manchester City in the title race this season. On the other hand, the top four race is getting more intense day by day. Manchester United are currently situated at the fourth position in the League Table. They are at the same points with Arsenal and Chelsea ; but the Red Devils are ahead with better goal difference. Chelsea have no match in this week in the Premier League as they will be playing in the Carabao Cup Final on Sunday against Manchester City. Team News :

Manchester United :

The Red Devils will be high on confidence after a win against Chelsea in the fifth round of FA Cup at Stamford Bridge. It was certainly a great achievement for the Red Devils under the management of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is doing a great job at Old Trafford at this moment. Paul Pogba is in great form for the Red Devils and he is going to be a key player in this match. On the other hand, Marcus Rashford is also at the best form of his life. This duo is going to be the most important players of the Red Devils against Liverpool.

Romelu Lukaku is also in the squad of the Red Devils; but Marcus Rashford owned the place of the centre forward at Old Trafford as he is more suited in the system of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. David De Gea was rested in the match against Chelsea in the FA Cup. He will certainly be back in the starting lineup of the Red Devils in the match against Liverpool. Virgil Van Dijk will be back in the starting lineup of Liverpool after missing the match against Bayern Munich. Ander Herrera is another important player for Manchester United in this match against Liverpool on Sunday.

Liverpool :

Liverpool will also try to win this match to have a three point gap with Manchester City. The Reds got enough rest before this match as they were out of the FA Cup with a defeat against Wolves in the previous round. The Reds were held by Bayern Munich in the first leg of the round of 16 in the Champions League at Anfield. So, they need a win badly against Manchester United to get things back on track. Alex Oxlade Chamberlain is just back in the training but he is not in the contention to be in the squad of Liverpool in this match.
