New Transfer Rule To Be Introduced By FIFA That Will Affect Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham?

Training rewards, the new limit on loan deals are included in the new transfer rule introduced, FIFA has confirmed. The club’s transfer system will be reformed by this new law. FIFA Football Stakeholders Committee held a meeting in Zurich for the new transfer policy where all the representatives from the clubs, players, leagues and members association were present. The talking points were mainly of two reasons, that were, for a training bonus and a new loan limit for the players.
“Encourage and reward the training efforts of clubs,” a statement from FIFA to help of the support of the club’s training facilities. This could be a huge boost for the teams from London, who are always looking to spread their wings and do more for the game.
Many teams in England have been keen on signing more quality players and will look forward to abiding by these rules now. Things can get a bit complicated for sides if they don’t follow the rules, as the case with Manchester City would suggest.

Chelsea was given a transfer ban last summer and they couldn’t sign a player even the ban was lifted before January, they didn’t sign any. So there is plenty of youngsters and academy graduates are in the squad likes of Reece James, Fikayo Tomori, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham who are all current first-team regulars.
There are plenty of players on loan as well for the west London outfit. The number is 12 players to be exact, over the age of 22, nine of them are outside of England. Arsenal are not in much of a trouble as they have only four players aged over 22 out on loan. This system won’t be Effecting them. The Serie A club Atlanta might face some major trouble, as they have 22 players over the age of 22 and more on loan.

From the season 2020/21, there will be limits to eight players who are aged 22 or older can be loaned in or out internationally. By the season 2022/23 that will be reduced to six as confirmed, with a maximum of three players in and out will be allowed between same clubs. This could be a problem for the clubs from London, as the restrictions could hurt their long-term ambitions.
This system will be a good thing for the players aged over 22 that plays season after seasons out on loan. This will also curtail the limit of players that a team can have. With that being said, it would give more names an opportunity to make a name for themselves, rather than just rotting amongst the ranks. By 2024, it is being suggested that a maximum of six players can be loaned in and out in the same country and a further six out of the country.
This again will be a huge change and some of these top sides, not just from London, will have to adjust their policies. Only time will now tell what kind of actual arbitrations are seen, in matters of previous dispute. Also, how things are shaped in the days to come, will now depend on these new rules.
