2. A Dead King Rises
It could be that one of the already killed characters may rise yet again, to be crowned the rulers of Westeros. In this category, the three potential favourites would be-
** Tywin Lannister **
It was quite shameful to see him die such an easy death. He was literally ruling the kingdom with his fierce attitude and a sense of command secondary to none. No one in Westeros had the audacity to disobey him, yet his demise at the hands of his own “dwarf-son” while attending nature’s call was a shocker (not to the fans who had read the books).
The show may showcase that Tywin is brought back to life to lead his army yet again into battle, though Jamie might have other ideas. This is a remote possibility, but anything is possible on the show as we already know it.
** Joffrey Baratheon **
Even though his death was cheered on by the fans, bringing him back to face worse monsters than himself could be a great thing to do. He could be fighting the war on the side of the living and this could give his heel-character, a total face turn (similar to what WWE does at times). This could surely be a shocking moment and something that George RR Martin wouldn’t have himself thought of.
Bringing him back would get the fans talking, as the prophecy only said that Cersie’s three children would tie and doesn’t talk about bringing one of them back.
** Stannis Baratheon**
One of the surprising deaths yet again that did not go down really well with some of the fans, though the build-up to it made it obvious that he was going to go. The self-proclaimed “true heir to the throne” was not shown murdered on-screen, but it was assumed that he was killed by Brienne of Tarth.
However, there could be a shocking turn of events and Stannis might be brought back from the dead to rejoin the war and eventually might sit on the throne. This could be one of the key reasons why his death was not highlighted at that point of time and not just Winter, but Stannis could be COMING too!!
1. Arya Stark, The Girl Who Finally Has A Face
The reason this is now a possibility is because of the fact that the character of Arya Stark has now developed to a whole new level. She is fierce, she is cunning and everyone hopes that she is on their side. Also, she has the ability to mask herself and change into another individual.
So, even if the fans may argue that Arya may not herself be the ruler of The Seven Kingdoms, she may take up a new face to do it instead. Only a select few may know of this and it could be one of the best endings possible, where all her family and the heirs to the throne are actually dead and she rules ahead.
P.S. This is just a fan theory. It may or may not have any resemblance to the actual show , in the season that will be aired shortly. I have tried my best to predict some of the potential outcomes.
