Fans Troll Claudio Bravo On Twitter Over Manchester United’s Opening Goal, As Chilean’s Error Gives Red Devils Hope

When Claudio Bravo left the champions of Spain, Barcelona this summer and eventually joined Manchester City, he did not think that his debut for the Premier League giants would leave him a bit embarrassed. The Chilean Copa America winner replaced England international Joe Hart as the first choice keeper at the Etihad and was directly given the responsibility of starting between the sticks for the Manchester derby on Saturday afternoon.

Pep Guardiola was confident of the 33 year old keeper’s abilities and decided to keep his trust in the shot-stopper, as he wanted to pick up a crucial win over his nemesis Jose Mourinho.

The game at Old Trafford was dominated by the visitors from the start and it seemed that everything was going perfect for them in the first half, till the time the “oops moment” eventually happened. A moment of total madness!!

Bravo came out of the box on the 42nd minute of the game, with no co-ordination with summer addition John Stones and the two gifted the ball at Zlatan’s feet.

The former PSG and Sweden striker, smashed a volley into the back of the net to make it 2-1, after an initial half dominated by Kevin de Bruyne and co.

Here are how the football and Joe Hart fans laughed their hearts out at the City goalie and trolled Bravo on Twitter, who was Guardiola’s “chosen one” to start at goal for the current season:
