Breaking: Manchester United Handed £100m Price Tag In Pursuit Of Star Striker

Every top player is getting the £100m price tag these days, as various clubs look to sign them. Now, it seems that Everton have slapped a record breaking transfer move for their star centre-forward Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian has been in superb form for the Toffees this season netting 24 goals and is a prime target for Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United. Lukaku has not signed a new contract for the Toffees so far, which has led to speculations about his future at Merseyside, having two years still left on his current contract with the club.

The 23 year old is considered as one of the finest strikers in the Premier League and could be an ideal replacement for ageing Swedish forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who will be leaving Old Trafford this summer.

However, Everton are desperate to get the right valued price for Lukaku as clubs may be looking to take advantage of the players’ situation and will want to add him to their current list of stars.

With Lukaku’s speed and strength being a huge asset for him, he is a front-running candidate for lighting up United’s forward line.

There are a few issues even though the hefty sum of money could land United the key to getting a load of goals next season, and the worries are Lukaku’s lack of scoring in big games and the passing accuracy rate which is a mere 66%.

If Lukaku is set to join the Red Devils at Old Trafford, he will be the most expensive player transferred after ace midfielder Paul Pogba.
