Three Potential Stars Arsenal Could Sign If Sanchez Leaves The Emirates

The possibility of Alexis Sanchez leaving Arsenal next summer is getting more and more prominent day by day. Alexis Sanchez had not also featured in the last match of Arsenal against Watford. The winger is now mentally and physically not in a very well state. His National team Chile had not been able to qualify for the World Cup and now he would try to focus more on his Club Career as in his age the dream of playing World Cup in 2022 would sound like nearly impossible. Pep Guardiola wants him in Manchester City and he is also linked with Paris Saint Germain. If Sanchez leaves next summer Arsenal will surely have to find his alternative to fill up Alexis’ presence in the squad. Here are the 3 Potential Stars Arsenal could sign next summer to replace Alexis Sanchez.

3. Anthony Martial :

French international Anthony Martial was the recipient of the 2015 Golden Boy Award for the best under-21 player in Europe. He was a member of Monaco’s squad for two seasons, and signed for Manchester United in 2015 for an initial fee of £36m which could potentially rise to £57.6m. This was the highest fee paid for a teen footballer in history, even before the prizes started rising uncontrollably. He scored in his first match for United, and was named the Premier League Player of the Month in his first month in English football.

Representing his national team from the U-16 to U-21 level, Martial made his senior debut in 2015 and has really looked impressive since then. He was named in their squad for UEFA Euro 2016.

Anthony Martial had been in good form this season for Manchester United. He had scored many important goals for United this season already. The attacker was not in the starting line up for Manchester United for most of the matches. Mourinho preferred Rashford in place of him in the Premier League matches most of the times and in few Champions League matches too. Martial’s dribbling skills, his poacher approach in front of Goal will surely keep him in Arsenal radar next summer. He is the guy who has an experience of playing in Premier League for few years and can be called a Premier League proved player. He can play at wings and in central forward position too if needed. His attributes are also quite similar to Alexis Sanchez.

Moreover the French international could be eager to join his international team-mates Lacazette and Giroud after the World Cup of 2018. So Martial could surely be a replacement of Alexis Sanchez in Arsenal next summer.
