2. Thomas Lemar (Monaco) :

 

Lemar is from France and at the moment represents Ligue 1 club AS Monaco and France national team. He is known for his versatility, able to play on both wings and through the centre and wanted to join the Merseyside outfit, as confirmed by previous reports. Features of his game include dribbling and passing ability. He is a versatile midfielder able to play on both wings as well as through the centre and in a free role. Left footed by nature, but is also competent with his right foot.He is noted for his excellent dribbling skills, strong passing ability and free kicks.He will often attempt to score from long range and scored 14 goals in 55 appearances in the 2016-17 season and had 17 assists.

 

Lemar is a left footed midfield player. The player will add the variety in the midfield of Liverpool and the player will surely provide the X factor in the midfield that they need in the big matches. The midfielder wanted a move to England this summer and was strongly linked with Arsenal and Liverpool. But Monaco somehow could manage to retain this player. A big money splash in January might say another story too and Liverpool should go to their level best to make this move possible.

 

1.Van Dijk (Southampton)

 

Van Dijk is a Dutch international, who currently plays in a centre-back role for Premier League side Southampton and the Netherlands’ national side. The defender was strongly linked with Liverpool this summer, with rumours suggesting that he would probably join them in January.

The player also wanted the move to be happened. But Southampton team management were able to retain their star defender this summer. But the 4-1 defeat against Tottenham on Sunday had raised several questions towards the Liverpool defense.Even Jurgen Klopp was very sad with the defensive performance in the Spurs match. After that result, the rumours are increasing that Liverpool can bring this defender in January to strengthen their defensive organization which will help them to get some titles this season.
