Liverpool are certainly building a team for the future and have acquired the services of Anderson Arroyo from Ecuadorian club Independiente Del Valle. Anderson has earlier had a trial with the Premier League giants, The Reds have certainly kept a watch on his progression and have finally decided to snap him up before top European clubs start circling around him.
World Football Index have stated in a recent report that the 18 year old has agreed terms with Liverpool. The youngster has made frequent appearances for his current clubs U-18 side and has turned a lot of heads.
Once he puts pen to paper he will be loaned to gain vital experience and he must get the taste of first team opportunities in order to develop his game, another reason to send him out for loan is to get his work permit sorted as their are fresh issues created by the Brits as they require permits to work in the Country due to their historic exit from the EU Nations.
The young left back has represented Colombia on the U-20 level and is reportedly close to join Spanish Segunda Division side Mallorca on loan, Surprisingly he previously had a trial with them too.
Singing a good hot prospect is not bad at all for the Reds. But they need some quality player to fill in on the left Flank as Liverpool do not have a better Left back to play there. Alberto Moreno is just not the man who can be trusted let alone start he has been very poor this season and it is really a surprise that he still finds his name on the first team sheet.
Three possible left-backs for Liverpool.
1) Alex Sandro :
The Brazilian is certainly out of favour for Juventus as Allergi is looking to get rid of him. He wouldn’t come cheap but given the amount they received from Barcelona for Philippe Coutinho they should definitely consider to get him as he is probably the best player available in the market for that position. The Serie A champions might consider letting him go for around £65m to £70m.
2. Alex Grimaldo :
Alex is regarded as the heir to Jordi Alba and certainly this La Masia graduate has lived up to that tag as he has put in a series of impressive performances for SL Benfica over the past couple of seasons. The Portuguese club is willing to listen to offers for the Spaniard and a host of clubs are willing to put in a offer for the 22 year old. If Jurgen Kloop manages to land him it would certainly be a good deal considering his age and will be a long term replacement for the out of favour Moreno. Benfica may consider doing business in the range of €35m to €40m but given the clubs chasing for him they can certainly start a bidding war for and get the most out of him.
3. Ryan Sessegnon :
Another young hot prospect. Ryan has lit up the championship this season. Manchester United are battling out with Tottenham for the young left back. But Liverpool should also go in for the player as he may flourish well under Jurgen Kloop. Fulham are in position to keep hold of the player as United, Tottenham and Liverpool are a very ambitious project for any young player having said that they may not let him go for cheap and will definitely consider an offer around €35m.
