Alessio Da Cruz was first brought into limelight by Ajax from a local match and after changing so many clubs he joined the Eredivisie Club Twente. He played his first match in Eredivisie in 2015-16 season against ADO Den Haag coming as a substitute of Bruno Uvini at half-time in a 1–4 home defeat.
The player was sent to serve a loan period to FC Dordrecht before being released in the summer transfer window of 2017-18 season.
