Midfielder Out With An Injury, As Chelsea Get Set To Host Bournemouth In The Premier League

Chelsea will welcome Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on Saturday in the fourth game week of the Premier League. The Blues have secured three wins in three matches so far in this season. They will try to continue their good form against the Cherries too. But they should be more cautious in this match as they were beaten by Bournemouth with a margin of 3-0 in their last meeting in the previous season. The new formation is starting to work at Chelsea. Maurizio Sarri’s men will hope to get their four wins in a row in the Premier League on Saturday with defeating Bournemouth. Chelsea have started their campaign against Huddersfield Town with a margin of 3-0. The Blues have a nail-biting encounter against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in the second march of the season. In the previous match, Chelsea were victorious against Newcastle United with a margin of 2-1.

On the other hand, Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth are playing really well in this season. The Cherries will also wish to continue their dream run in the Premier League by snatching one crucial point from this tough away fixture on Saturday. Bournemouth have collected 7 points from their 3 matches so far. They are at the top half of the table as of now and they will wish to remain there till the end of the season.

Team News :

Chelsea :

Chelsea will miss the service of their reliable and experienced midfielder Cesc Fabregas in this match as the Spanish midfielder is sidelined due to a long term injury problem. But, this might be a blessing in disguise for Maurizio Sarri as he has choose only one midfielder between Ross Barkley, Mateo Kovacic and Ruben Loftus Cheek to be in the starting lineup of the Blues in this match. Mateo Kovacic should get the nod ahead of the other two following his good performance at St James Park in the previous match. N’Golo Kante and Jorginho are unlikely to be dropped from the 3 man midfield of Chelsea against Bournemouth. There will again be a choice between Pedro and Willian. But, Maurizio Sarri will probably not wish break his winning lineup. Otherwise, the team is going to be unchanged for the Blues in this match.

Bournemouth :

Marc Pugh, Lys Mousset and Junior Stanislas will not participate in this match for Bournemouth due to long term injury problems. Otherwise, the Cherries will also have the full squad in their hand to go to Stamford Bridge on Saturday. The attacking pair of King and Wilson will be the players to watch out for the Chelsea defense as they are in great form in this season. Former Chelsea Goalkeeper Begovic will play a crucial role in this match.
