Shocking: Chelsea Star Hints Real Madrid Move Is Possible In The Future

Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard finally breaks his silence over his potential move to join Real Madrid. The 27-year old assured that he is going nowhere in the coming winter transfer window but a move out of London is a possibility next summer for the Belgian star. Hazard who has been in scintillating touch for the Blues has been a prime reason to make life easier for Maurizio Sarri in the Premier League. The Belgian at times has carried his side on his own shoulders and have guided them over the line. Barring the last defeat to Tottenham the Blues have enjoyed a great unbeaten streak and Sarri has also got ample amount of time to understand the culture and the whereabouts of the Premier League, as this is his first year in London.

The 27-year old has scored 8 goals along with 4 assists till now for the Blues and has been heavily linked with Los Blancos since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo. The Belgian has one year left in his contract and club is looking to tie him up with a long-term deal which they have not been successful yet. When questioned about a probable move to Spain he told Canal+, “I have 1 year left in June. If I don’t extend, it (a move) is possible. I can’t see myself leaving in January. I wouldn’t do that to the club, the fans.”

Next summer it is a possibility, but it is also possible that I spend the rest of my career at Chelsea.”

Hazard’s blazing form has not only attracted interests from Real Madrid but also from Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint Germain. The 27-year did not hesitate one bit to clear the air about a potential move to Paris Saint Germain.

“I had contacts with PSG, but it did not tempt me,” Hazard added. “I have always said that if I came back to Ligue 1 it would be to Lille.”

The Belgian has always been attached with LOSC Lille as he spent five years there in the Ligue 1 before securing a big money move to Stamford Bridge. Since then he has been a fan favourite for the Blues.

Although the Chelsea fans can be assured that he is going nowhere till the end of next season and hence they should bring their focus more on the Premier League. The Blues have fallen to 4th place on the league table following their defeat to Tottenham. The Lillywhites have leapfrogged Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea and are currently sitting in the 3rd position with a gap of only 2 points between both the sides. Although both sides are trailing a lot behind league leaders Manchester City who are currently with 35 points with Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool keeping close tabs on them being only 2 points away from the summit.

Chelsea are reportedly interested in the United States and Dortmund sensation Christian Pulisic and the Blues are also ready to battle with Liverpool to land the youngster at the Stamford Bridge. With things slowly falling into place, there might be a time when Eden Hazard may decide to leave the West London club and hence Sarri seems to be lining up for a long-term replacement in place of the Belgian. Pulisic who ran amok in the German Bundesliga for Borussia Dortmund can be Hazard’s natural successor at the club.
