Poll On Big Arsenal Fan Page Confirms That Fans Want This Player To Be Dropped For Europa League Final (Not Cech)

The Update From The Arsenal Fan Page- While Arsenal gets set for the Europa League final in Baku on the 29th of May, the fans are really excited and are cheering their team on. They are hoping that the north London giants win this cup final and Unai Emery can really deliver on some of the promising prospects that were showcased on his arrival to the Emirates, after the departure of Arsene Wenger.

The Story Of The Final Against Chelsea In Baku

The fans have been really active on various Social Media platforms. They have been suggesting that they are really happy with the fact that they are going to be playing in a final. On the other hand, Arsenal is under a lot of pressure to win the title. That is in order to ensure qualification for the Champions League for the upcoming season.

With that being said, it will be interesting to see whether they can actually get the job done or not and how the fans react to things, as they come.

Will all talks going around about the final in Baku, it was recently confirmed that Armenian international Henrik Mkhitaryan would not be making the trip with his team. Even after there was assurance from UEFA and the Azerbaijan FA, the player opted not to play in this match. He will be back at home instead and cheering his team on.

With that being said, the Spanish manager will now have to look for an alternative to add to the squad. He has extra options, in case he needs to bring someone on from the bench in search of a goal. If that is the case, Emery does have a lot of options. These are including some young talented stars as well.

What Was The Verdict On The Arsenal Fan Page?

With that being said, we asked the Arsenal fans to decide what they would prefer to see? Danny Welbeck on the bench or a young Eddie Nketiah instead? The poll was conducted on one of the biggest Arsenal fan pages on Facebook, Arsenal FC Fans.

Eddie Nketiah reveals how Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa 'made me stronger' and says Arsenal youngsters 'bring fresh air and energy' to Mikel Arteta's team

It is a page with more than 390,000 Arsenal fans and the response was as above. Around 59% of the fans believe that the 19-year-old forward is a better choice than Welbeck. The ex-Manchester United man has been injury-prone. He is said to be on his way out of the Emirates, at the end of the current campaign.

Though the former Manchester United man has experience on his side and can really deliver when the going gets tough, the fans of the London based club chose their talented youngster over him.

In a big match situation like this, a European cup final against fierce rivals Chelsea needs a player to step up. Hopefully, whichever out of the two is chosen by Emery, can really perform well on the night. This is just one of the cases where the fans have expressed their opinions. We really appreciate their participation in such polls.
