Quarantine And Chill: Six Steps For A Healthy And Safe Lockdown

Quarantine And Chill: As we all know, the whole world is currently suffering from the Coronavirus Pandemic. Human livelihood is being halted at this moment as we all are spending days at home. However, this quarantine period is really important for us at this moment as it is the only way to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19.

Here we will discuss the things we should do to stay healthy in these lockdown days :

1. Stay At Home:

We should not go outside your home without necessities like foods, medicines etc. Currently, the Government of India has extended the lockdown period till 3rd May. At this moment, we all should follow the instructions provided by the Government of India.

2. Take Enough Precautionary Measures:

We should use masks whenever we will have to go outside for essential services. We should maintain social distancing avoid public gathering at this point of time. Sanitizing hands repetitively with alcohol-based sanitizers is also a must-do in this quarantine period.

3. Diet Chart:

Our diet chart should include vegetables and fruits as we all should build up a good immunity level at this moment. We should not go for any crash diet now. Maintaining a healthy diet chart is quite important in this lockdown period.

4. Maintaining Proper Cycle:

We should maintain the proper sleep cycle in this lockdown period. We should stay up late at night because we will not have to go to the workplace in the morning. Otherwise, it will be difficult for the body clock to adjust when the lockdown period is over. It is really difficult to maintain the normal sleep cycle at this moment because our daily routine has been changed quite a lot. Still maintaining a proper balance will certainly be beneficial for us in this lockdown period.

5. Physical Activities:

We should involve ourselves in physical activities like exercise at home to stay fit in quarantine days. As we all are staying at home currently and there is no chance of going outside, it is really important for us not to gain more fat in this quarantine period. COVID-19 infection is more dangerous with comorbidities like Diabetes Mellitus, Kidney Diseases, Acute Bronchopneumonia, Heart Diseases etc. Obesity is the precipitating factor for these diseases. So, we should keep ourselves busy in daily household works. A daily exercise routine after waking up from sleep in the morning might also be beneficial. Nerve Pain Guide can help you relax as well.

6. Keep The Mind Stress Free:

There’s a lot of negativities hanging around in the social media and news channels. We should be trying to keep us away from those negativities at this moment. Currently, we have a lot of time in our hands. So, it’s the best time to re-explore our hobbies. We can watch movies and web series in this lockdown period to relax our mind. We might not get a better time than this one to start reading a new book. So, we should not take much stress and take enough precautionary measures. Together we will certainly be able to fight it out very soon.
