It was an exhilarating contest between Arsenal and Leicester City. The two sides took on each other at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League. Kieran Tierney, who has had an injury-struck season so far, also showed his capability both as an attacker as well as a defender as he dished out a decent performance in the match against the Foxes. In the absence of Bernd Leno, Emiliano Martinez has also shouldered the responsibility of keeping the goal safe and was unfortunate to not have another clean sheet under his belt.
Next Up For Arsenal: Tottenham
It is undoubtedly the biggest clash as far as the London teams are concerned. The giants from north London look to take on each other in a needle clash in the Premier League. Given the current situation of both sides, as Arsenal and Tottenham stand on the seventh and eighth positions respectively in the league table, the match is going to be even more important. Both sides are still looking to finish the season in the top six.
However, speaking on the possibility of a sixth-place finish in the Premier League this season, Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho said after his side’s win against Everton, “If that doesn’t happen it’s not the end of the world, it’s probably the beginning of a new world.”
