Shubman Gill has found his place in ODI and Test side while Sanju Samson and Varun Chakravarthy have been selected in the T20 side. Sanju Samson has started off the season with a blast. Devdutt Paddikal has certainly performed at his best for Royal Challengers Bangalore this season. He is a strong contender to get the young player of the year award this season. Rahul Tripathi has a mixed season for Kolkata Knight Riders. He has not been there in the team for the first three matches in the tournament. His batting position has been altered quite a few times throughout the whole tournament. Rahul Tripathi has struggled against swing and pace. However, he has been brilliant against the slower bowlers.
