Watch: Virat Kohli Laughs At Rohit Sharma Watching The Game Using Binoculars

India

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have had an on-and-off relationship, as per the media. The two have not just been team-mates but rivals as well. Both the players have their own sets of die-hard fans that love them to the end of the world. Some of these fans keeping fight it out on Social Media to prove who is “supreme”.

With that being said, the players don’t really seem to have any such animosity while playing. In fact, they tend to enjoy what happens on the cricket field, rather than thinking about some of the petty stuff that is brought up by their fans.

The Video Of Rohit Sharma That Went Viral And How Virat Kohli Reacted To It?

The Indian players are in England for the WTC final. The game between India and New Zealand is going on at a great pace. It is in the balance at present and despite the poor weather, both teams are eager to win.

Team India was put to bat by the Kiwis, who wanted to make the most of the conditions. At the end of day 2 in this rain-laden Test, the score for India was 146/3. Rohit Sharma, Shubhman Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara had already been sent back to the pavilion, after a decent start.

Below is the video that went viral on Social Media-

In the video, Rohit Sharma can be seen watching the game using binoculars. He was first wearing his shades and trying to see through them. Then, he eventually decided to take them off for a clearer view.

At that point in time, Virat Kohli was at the crease, trying to steady the ship. At that moment, he saw what Rohit was doing and suddenly had a smile on his face. This was just a funny incident, to say the least. The Indian fans had a real laugh and some of the cricketing fans started to share the video around.

What Next For Virat Kohli And Co. In This All-Crucial Game?

At this point in time, the game is rather balanced. Either team can grab the advantage and try to win it. India has made a positive start to the game. However, a few quick wickets can bring the Kiwis back into the game. Kane Williamson and co. will be hoping that on day 3, they can get some quick wickets.

The new ball will be due at some point as well. Keeping that in mind, the Indian batsmen will want to score some quick runs while the ball is still old. There is no guarantee how the new ball will behave with these overcast conditions. The climate can be a game-changer with constant rains from time to time. Another factor to consider on day 2 was the bad light which is going to be a factor at some point as well.

For now, things look good for Virat Kohli and co. Let’s see if they can keep scoring some quick runs and put the opposition under serious pressure. It will be an interesting and crucial day in the match, with an additional sixth day in the balance as a backup too.
