Latest: Arsenal Could Use Hector Bellerin Move To Bring In Top Striker

Premier League giants Arsenal have been trying to push through deals for some players to add more quality to their squad. However, for that to happen, they need to sell some of their unwanted players. Keeping that in mind, Mikel Arteta and co. are trying to best to offload the deadwood. They have not been successful so far in the current transfer window.

One such player that wants to leave and the club wants to sell is Hector Bellering. The player has been previously linked with PSG and Barcelona. At the moment, he is being linked with a move to Inter Milan. The Gunners are trying to get the deal done.

What Is The Deal That Arsenal Can Push Through With Inter Keeping The Bellerin Deal In Mind?

There is no doubt about the fact that Inter are keen on signing Hector Bellerin from Arsenal. They are in need of an additional right-back. Bellerin wants to move on with his career and this is the move he needs. With that being said, Arsenal have now shown interest in a player from their European rivals.

The player that the Gunners are looking at is Lautaro Martínez. The 23-year-old Argentine is a top striker. He was wanted by Barcelona previously, though a deal never happened. The attacker is currently priced at £60m. With Inter looking to sign Bellerin, Arsenal can use that as a bargaining chip and pay the rest of the money to the club.

It was being stated by various reports that the Londoners wanted another striker. They have been looking for young players right since the start of the summer transfer window. Tammy Abraham has been one option that they have looked at too. Despite that, Martinez is way better than the Chelsea reject.

The only concern would be whether he would want to move to a club like Arsenal or not. A move to England and the Premier League is every player’s dream. To add to that, Inter have financial issues at present. The north London side can surely pay him more money. The only concern would be that Arsenal doesn’t have European football this season.

Can This Deal Actually Happen; Will The Gunners Be Willing To Spend The Money On Him?

Arsenal are looking to still get more players who can fit into their first team. They have been looking at some options right through the window. It was confirmed by Mikel Arteta that a lot of transfers would be completed after the Euro 2020 tournament.

With almost just a couple of weeks left till the start of the season, it is high time to get signings done. That has been the focus of the people involved at the club. Their target has been to add more quality to the squad and reinforce it for the long run. However, so far, not too much has been done about it.

The fans are concerned and are demanding answers at present. The likes of Aubameyang and Eddie Nketiah don’t seem to be the solution anymore. Can Lautaro Martínez be the striker that Arsenal needs for the long run? Only time will tell if the deal does indeed happen!!
