#1 Nick Pope- 30 saves
With 30 saves in seven Premier League fixtures, Nick Pope has made the joint-most saves in the PL this term. Pope joined Newcastle United from Burnley during this transfer window.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper enjoyed an excellent spell with Burnley. He played 141 league games during his time at Turf Moor, winning the Burnely Player of the Season accolade twice. Pope was also included in the PFA Premier League Team of the Season 2019-20. He is expected to be included in the England final squad for the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
With Pickford injured at present, these numbers will surely change soon. Let’s wait and watch!!
