The Evening Standard says that Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has made England and Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham his top transfer target as part of a major squad rebuild.
The 19-year-old England player is probably one of Europe’s hottest items on the transfer market right now. If he does well in the upcoming winter World Cup, his value will go up even more. Most likely next summer, the top clubs will have a huge bidding war to sign the midfielder.
It looks like the Blues are hoping to get the 19-year-services old’s by beating out Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester City.

Manchester City, on the other hand, might have the best midfield in all of football. But since Illkay Gundogan’s contract at the Etihad expires at the end of the season and Barcelona is still interested in Bernardo Silva, Pep Guardiola could do well to bring in a new central midfielder.
