Taking to Twitter, Silva waxed lyrical about Bellingham and his masterful performance against Senegal in the Round of 16. He tweeted, “Jude Bellingham reminds me of someone” #WhatAPlayer. To this tweet, one arsenal fan cheekily remarked, saying, “Have a word with Edu”, which implied that Arsenal could yet be persuaded to make a move for the midfield metronome. Silva also appeared to agree with the fan by replying to him with a thumbs up emoji.

Whether or not Arsenal end up getting in the race for Bellingham remains to be seen. But it would be Arsenal as the favorites for landing him due to the current standings of both sides.
