The reputable Italian journalist claims that Okonkwo will be joining the Austrian club Sturm Graz till the conclusion of the current season. Mikel Arteta, manager of Arsenal, called the 21-year-old a “great talent” last year, as reported by HITC Sport.

It would be interesting to observe how he does while on loan in Austria. The Athletic reported that second-place Sturm Graz was in discussions to sign the Hale End graduates. An update from Romano suggests that a deal is now pretty close to getting final.

Although goalkeepers often don’t reach full maturity until their late 20s, it’s crucial that the child obtain as much football experience as possible as soon as feasible.
