Arsenal Has Offered Their €25m Rated Star Player To Get The €41m Rated Defender In 2023

Arsenal Transfer News: Mikel Arteta’s team management is very much interested to sign a Brazilian defender and they are willing to include Takehiro Tomiyasu in a deal.

Arsenal transfer News: It is no secret that Japanese international Takehiro Tomiyasu struggled for enough match time in the ongoing edition of the English Premier League. The talented defender who operates as a centre-back or full-back for Arsenal has fallen out of the pecking order. As a result, he hasn’t been able to make it to the starting XI.

For the record, Tomiyasu joined the Gunners on August 31, 2021, on a four-year contract with an option for a fifth. After joining the club, he carved out a reputation for himself as one of the top defenders in the league. He has been calm and composed in the defensive unit while also offering accurate passes in the build-up to the attack.

Impressed by his style of play and performances, both manager Mikel Arteta and technical director Edu spoke highly of him. The manager and the technical director reserved the highest respect for Takehiro Tomiyasu by labelling him as a vital member of the squad at Arsenal. The Japanese international made his debut for Arsenal against Norwich City.

Notably, he ended up on the winning side as the Gunners secured a 1–0 win in the match. Tomiyasu earned the trust of the supporters with his gameplay and that too in a quick span of time. It is worth mentioning that he was named Arsenal’s Player of the Month for September 2021. Ever since his arrival, he has tried his best to bolster the defence.

The Gunners interested to sign Gleison Bremer, willing to include Takehiro Tomiyasu in a deal

Arsenal Has Offered Their €25m Rated Star Player To Get The €41m Rated Defender In 2023

Meanwhile, according to the Italian publication CMW, the Gunners have expressed their willingness to sign Gleison Bremer. The Brazilian defender currently plays for Juventus Football Club and the Old Lady may as well use this as a chance to recoup from the loss they suffered this season. The Serie A giants have been thrust into chaos by a 15-point deduction over alleged ‘financial wrongdoing’.

The 25-year-old Brazilian, Bremer joined the Old Lady from Torino last summer after featuring for the Serie A club. Juventus were impressed by the defender’s experience in his resume as he already played 110 games and scored 13 goals. This is why they made up their mind to sign the player. Since then, he has been a regular feature for Juventus.

The Brazilian international made 27 appearances for the club, netting three goals and offering one assist so far. Meanwhile, Arsenal who are interested in the defender are willing to include Takehiro Tomiyasu in a deal.

Meanwhile, Bremer, while speaking to the Flow Sport Club, he stated, “I don’t know where I will play, I am talking to my agent and at the moment, there is nothing defined yet. I am unsure whether I’ll remain in Italy or go abroad. One fundamental thing is to play the Champions League next season. This is fundamental to continuing my growth. We’ll define everything in the next few days or weeks,” Bremer added in a statement.
