Arsenal Newsnow: Mikel Arteta and Arsenal have reportedly made a fresh offer for Mykhailo Mudryk. Rumours have circulated that the club may also make an approach for Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic, according to Fabrizio Romano. Known and respected journalist Romano tweeted that Arsenal had made a third bid of £62 million for Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mudryk.
Arsenal, according to The Telegraph, may offer as much as £80 million to acquire the 22-year-old winger. The Gunners are said to be preparing yet another massive bid for the young player. Arsenal are reportedly prepared to spend €100 million (£89 million) to get Serbian striker Milos Vlahovic from Juventus.
Arsenal’s potential January offer for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic has us quite excited for the North London club’s fanbase. The report claims that Edu and Mikel Arteta are giving it their best to win the Premier League title this season. Now, of course, we must wait to see whether the Gunners really make a bid for the 22-year-old.
Arsenal’s attacking options would improve with the possible additions of Mudryk and Vlahovic, increasing the club’s prospects of winning the Premier League this season and dethroning Manchester City, the reigning champions. We think it would be thrilling for Arsenal supporters if their team made a significant offer for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in the January transfer window.
Arsenal Newsnow: Will Arsenal make a huge bid for Dusan Vlahovic?
Mudryk has made it obvious that he wants to join the Premier League leaders. Therefore it is unlikely that he would hold up the deal over personal issues. The Ukraine international has made no secret of his desire to join the club. He has spoken favourably of it in various interviews last year, including one with Oleksandr Zinchenko’s wife. Even if Chelsea still has a chance to try and get Mudryk away from Arsenal, the Gunners have been optimistic the 22-year-old would choose them.
As a winger, Mudryk mostly works on the left side of the attack, however, he is also capable of playing on the right. Former manager Roberto De Zerbi, now the coach of Brighton, called him a “possible Ballon d’Or winner” and called him one of Europe’s top young attackers.
What’s next for the Gunners?
If he does make the move to Arsenal, he will give competition for the likes of Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka in Mikel Arteta’s assault. There has been persistent speculation that Arsenal may make another offer for the 22-year-old Vlahovic. He now has a value of roughly £98 million according to La Repubblica.

It’s quite improbable. The Gunners are arguing over how much to pay for Mykhaylo Mudryk, making it unlikely that they would go all in on Vlahovic. But even if they did, would Juventus be able to move any?
Max Allegri’s squad have fought their way back into the Serie A championship race. With a win against Napoli, today would be in a strong position to claim the trophy. A new board takes office at the club next week. It’s doubtful that their first move would be to approve the departure of their top scorer.
