When the summer season rolls around, Jude Bellingham will be the main talking point. The midfielder is expected to leave Borussia Dortmund for a large transfer fee, although his next club is unknown at this time. The Spanish giants Real Madrid, though, are the overwhelming favorites to sign the English international.

Liverpool was a frontrunner to sign him upon his return to England, but their interest has waned as of late. The Reds are looking to add depth to their roster. They have identified Alexis Mac Allister as their newest midfield target.

Even with his high asking price, Bellingham has no shortage of admirers. But Manchester United have made a surprising move. United is apparently prepared to offer 120 million euros for the 13-goal hero of Borussia Dortmund this summer.

Dortmund has always demanded a transfer price in the region of €150 million. Manchester United’s bid of €120 million is the closest they’ve gotten so far. Erik ten Hag’s guys have surprised everyone by jumping into the Bellingham race. But they may be in for some disappointment if they don’t win.

Bellingham is determined to join Real Madrid and is already making plans for his future in Madrid. Manchester United is also interested in a number of other players. The future of the England international is already being planned.

David de Gea has signed a new deal to remain with Manchester United beyond the current campaign. The structure of a contract has been reached. United is waiting for the player to sign it before making a statement. The proposal includes a reduced base pay and incentives for matches played and performances in tournaments. 

United did not wish to use the one-year option they had on De Gea’s contract, which would have paid him more over £350,000 a week while the club was in the Champions League, as reported by Telegraph Sport this season. 

Losses in financial performance and a rising pay cost prompted the club to try to maintain De Gea by offering him a lesser salary but for a longer period of time.
