Estevao, a highly sought-after youth at Palmeiras, is being monitored closely by a number of top teams, including Arsenal and Barcelona
Goal reports that many top clubs, including Arsenal and Barcelona, are keeping eye on Palmeiras prodigy Estevao Willian. After the recent success of fellow youth Endrick, European powerhouses have turned their attention to the 15-year-old Brazilian prodigy.
Over the last six months, the European pack has aggressively pursued Endrick. But now, they have shifted their focus to Estevao. The former may have decided to sign with Real Madrid despite interest from Barcelona, Arsenal, the Manchester teams, and both Spanish heavyweights.

Will he go to Barcelona or Arsenal?
According to FIFA regulations, players under the age of 18 can not leave their teams. Therefore, Real Madrid must wait until 2020 to sign Endrick. Estevao, a Brazilian prodigy who will not leave the country until 2025, is also 15 years old. Still, teams are plotting their moves ahead of time.
Reports have surfaced that PSG made a deal for the 15-year-old Brazilian prodigy, a bid that allegedly included Endrick. Reports indicate that Palmeiras turned down the offer and is instead holding out for additional teams to show interest in Estevao.
After learning that Endrick would be leaving for another club, Barcelona began looking after Estevao. The 16-year-old was a target for Xavi Hernandez’s attention. However, he now regularly monitors the Brazilian wunderkind’s progress. Despite Barcelona’s awareness of the necessity to wait until 2025, the club still plans to jump the line in order to sign the highly regarded kid before then.
Arsenal, led by Mikel Arteta and Edu, are actively pursuing Estevao, among other promising Brazilian players. While the Gunners may not have a chance with Endrick, the club’s sports director may be able to leverage his connections in Brazil to help them sign Palmeiras’ 15-year-old Brazilian prodigy.
What’s next?
As of right now, the Gunners are in negotiations with Palmeiras over Danilo. They may look into the possibility of having a deal in place for Estevao as well. A number of Premier League clubs will be on the lookout for the kid in the near future due to his tremendous potential.
Arsenal may be keeping several eyes on young Brazilian talents like Estevao, 19, since they bought Marquinhos, also from Sao Paulo, in the summer. There might be a heated bidding war for the 15-year-old as some of Europe’s top teams want to recruit him.
