Tottenham Hotspur Transfer News: Adrien Truffert, a left-back for Rennes, has caught the attention of Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur Transfer News: Jeunes Footeux, a French sports publication, reports that Tottenham is keeping tabs on Adrien Triffert, a left-back for Rennes. The French team has relied on the 21-year-old’s steady play over the previous several seasons. The Spurs are said to be active in the transfer market. But they have yet to make any decisions. However, the Italian manager, Antonio Conte, has not yet decided who he wants to bring in.
Tottenham Hotspur Transfer News: What’s the matter?
With just one national team appearance to his name, he is sure to gain more notoriety in the days to come. With five assists in the French Ligue 1 this season, his attacking skills are a good fit for Conte’s scheme. The North London club will not make a move for Truffert. But Perisic will be entering the last year of his contract. It is quite doubtful that the Croatian national team would take a chance on him with a new contract unless he significantly raises his level of play.

The 21-year-old is a product of the Rennes youth system and has been with the club since h began playing at the professional level. With an offer of £17.5 million, Truffert may look to move to London, where the Premier League could provide the perfect stage for him to demonstrate his abilities. After last month’s devastating Premier League defeat at the hands of Manchester City, Spurs will undergo a big personnel change this month.
It’s possible that some players may have to leave as a result of Conte’s planned roster shuffle. It’s possible that Truffert may join the fray, but a move within this window is more doubtful. Since the beginning of the season, Tottenham has struggled to perform well in the first half of games.

What is the situation of Spurs?
It was their first goal before halftime in 14 games in all competitions. Excuse me, but what was this? Halftime whistle blew with Antonio Conte’s side leading 2-0, the Etihad Stadium in an uproar, Manchester City’s players leaving to jeers, and Pep Guardiola looking like he could explode.
After losing to Manchester United in a derby and being winless in their previous five Premier League games, City needed to bounce back before Arsenal could increase their lead. They needed one badly at this point. But Guardiola would hear back from him eventually. After a while, Riyad Mahrez had had enough. It was his turn to make an impression while dressed in cobalt blue.
Although Ivan Perisic’s efforts to dismantle the Spurs’ defence were not solely responsible for the damage done to their left flank, he was not far off from pulling off such a heroic feat. Mahrez played a key role in City’s first two goals after the break, which brought parity and brought the home fans back on board.
